Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Integration Specialist to lead the development and implementation of intelligent automation solutions across our business systems. This role will focus on integrating AI into core platforms such as ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), project management tools, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, to streamline operations and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in deploying AI-driven enhancements across communication and marketing channels including websites, Gmail, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy AI-driven tools to automate workflows across ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and internal project management environments Integrate AI functionality into Shopify, NetSuite, and productivity tools to enhance operational efficiency and cross-platform connectivity Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver practical, high-impact AI solutions Extend AI capabilities across customer engagement platforms such as websites, WhatsApp, Gmail, Facebook, and Instagram Ensure all implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with company goals Continuously monitor and optimize system performance using real-time analytics and stakeholder feedback Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in AI development and system integration Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, APIs, and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.) Proven ability to deploy AI solutions on communication and marketing platforms Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams What We Offer: Starting from salary: ₹12,00,000 per year Opportunity to work with a fast-growing international company Creative freedom and high-impact work across global channels A collaborative and forward-thinking work environment Show more Show less
