Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in AI integration, digital transformation, innovation, or operations, ideally within fast-paced or global companies. Deep knowledge of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and enthusiasm for staying ahead of the curve. A strong communicator who can translate technical ideas into human language and teach with empathy and clarity. Track record of identifying problems, designing solutions, and driving adoption across diverse teams.
