Job Description

The AI Integration Specialist bridges the gap between intelligent models and operational systems.

They will ensure seamless integration of AI models, APIs, and cognitive services into enterprise

platforms, web/mobile applications, and automation pipelines. This role demands strong backend

development skills, knowledge of integration patterns, and experience working across system

boundaries to bring AI capabilities to business workflows.

Key responsibilities

· Integrate AI services into enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, portals, mobile apps)

· Develop middleware services to enable interaction with AI models (REST, GraphQL,

gRPC)

· Manage APIs, version control, security, and authentication for AI endpoints

· Implement monitoring, logging, and failover strategies for AI-powered modules

· Facilitate integration of LLM-based copilots, agents, and intelligent assistants

· Collaborate with Dev, QA, and AI teams to ensure end-to-end performance and quality

· Enable multi-system orchestration using platforms like Power Automate or Logic Apps

· Document integration blueprints, SDKs, and reusable patterns for scale.

Technical Skills

· Backend: Node.js, C#, Python (Flask, FastAPI), .NET Core

· API Management: Azure API Management, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI

· Integration Platforms: Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, MuleSoft, Zapier

· AI Services: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, GPT/LLM APIs

· CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

· Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Service Bus, Kafka, Pub/Sub)

· Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and API gateway security best practices

Qualification

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Systems Integration

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate / Integration Architect desirable

· Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into customer-facing applications

· Strong understanding of RESTful architecture, data contracts, and system interoperability
