Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Years of Experience: 7+ Yrs.

Required Hours/Week: 35hrs./Week - 40hrs./Week

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/AngularJS, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Expertise in Web UI Design (UI/UX), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Workflows, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns, usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation.
• Experience in building websites with ASP.NET/MVC (with and without Entity Frameworks).
• Hands-on expertise with WCF and/or REST/SOAP frameworks, protocols, and integration.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Skilled in SQL Server 2016/2019, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, UDF, SSIS packages.
• Experience in Performance Tuning & Query Optimization using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler, and Query Store.
• Strong knowledge of web security concerns and preventive measures.
• Adept at solving complex problems, conducting root cause analysis on SQL query performance, and applying strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while staying current with industry innovations.
• Understanding of large-scale applications, including rendering huge datasets and fetching data using HTTP and authentication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Application and UI Design

• Build and enhance front-end interfaces using C#, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP web services, XML-based services, and reporting solutions with SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Create new application submission portals with business rules, workflows, and online form processing.
• Design and enhance workflows including appeals, motion to vacate, and remote adjudication.
• Develop client-side components with JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and LINQ.

Coding and Development:

• Write scalable, maintainable code using .NET Framework Class Libraries.
• Apply design patterns such as SOA, MVC, Facade, Factory, Singleton, DAAB (Database Access Application Block), EHAP (Exception Handling Application Block).
• Implement n-tier applications with UI, Business Logic, and Database separation.
• Enhance system integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Build new web services for external agency data exchange.
• Create new Edge browser–compatible scanning, audio, and video recording services.

Database and Reporting:

• Design, validate, and optimize databases; create schemas, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
• Develop and maintain custom reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and security in .NET-integrated systems.

Performance and Maintenance:

• Apply multithreading techniques for high-performance applications.
• Continuously analyze and enhance existing codebases.
• Conduct performance tuning, load testing, and optimization.
• Ensure systems meet security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
