Position Overview:

US IT Recruiter / Ceipal Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively post new jobs on

  Ceipal

  as soon as requirements are received from BDMs.
• Monitor and ensure that

  BDMs are providing timely updates, feedback, and closure details

  for each requirement.
• Track the complete job lifecycle from posting to closure within Ceipal, maintaining accountability and completeness.
• Maintain and update all relevant job details and candidate data across

  Ceipal, company website, and shared drives

  .
• Support recruiters as needed by providing accurate job information, updates, and documentation.
• Generate and share regular activity or status reports to ensure recruitment data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in

  US IT Staffing/Recruiting

  .
• Strong practical knowledge of

  Ceipal ATS

  (end-to-end usage).
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

  .
• Flexibility to work during

  US business hours (EST time zone)

  .
