This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic individual contributor with a proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, specifically in onboarding new business. This is not an account management role. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: This is your primary focus. Identify and engage decision-makers at target organizations to generate new business opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets. Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, client segments, and competitive landscape. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of proven success in IT staffing sales with a demonstrated focus on new client acquisition . Deep understanding of the US IT market and staffing ecosystem. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior-level decision-makers. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to exceed targets. Proven ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling IT staffing services. Existing network of contacts within target industries.
