Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Dynamics CRM + .NET Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with .NET-based systems to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016/365) solutions. Customize CRM forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations. Build and integrate external services using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practices. Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET. Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs. Good understanding of Dynamics CRM SDK, JavaScript, REST/OData APIs. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts. Ability to debug and resolve CRM customization issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Azure services integration experience.
