Job Overview

We are seeking experienced .NET Developers with strong Azure cloud expertise to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position is ideal for developers who are passionate about building robust backend solutions, working with modern cloud technologies, and delivering high-quality APIs and services.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET, C#, and MVC framework

• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure Functions and other Azure services

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for enterprise applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices

Azure & DevOps

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Deploy and monitor applications on Azure cloud platform

• Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments

• Work with Azure services including Azure Functions, App Services, and related technologies

Database Management

• Design and optimize database schemas in MS SQL Server

• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions

• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization

• Implement database migration and versioning strategies

Collaboration & Quality

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly

• Document technical specifications and system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in:

o .NET Framework and .NET Core

o C# programming language

o ASP.NET MVC and Web API development

o MS SQL Server and T-SQL

• Azure Cloud Experience:

o Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repos, boards)

o Azure Functions (serverless computing)

o Azure App Services

o Understanding of Azure architecture and services

• Backend Development:

o RESTful API design and development

o Microservices architecture

o Web services and API integration

o Authentication and authorization mechanisms

Additional Skills

• Experience with version control systems (Azure DevOps/Git)

• Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID principles

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development

Professional Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development

• Proven track record of delivering backend solutions

• Experience working in remote/distributed teams is a plus

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-900) are a plus

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous

• Knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular, React) is a bonus

• Exposure to message queuing systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ)
