POSITION SUMMARY

developing and expanding Institutional Catering business

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Prospecting:

  • Identify and engage mid-to-senior level prospects, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into business.
  • Sales Process Management:

  • Contribute to strategic planning, support rebids, manage account strategies, and align internal teams for tailored customer solutions.
  • Growth & Retention:

  • Drive organic growth within accounts, ensure profitability, maintain customer engagement, and contribute to Pan-India market share growth.

Reporting To

Head – National Sales (Catering & Events)

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Sales & Marketing
  • Experience:

    10–15 years in Sales/BD in Catering or Food Services
  • Skills:

    Negotiation, communication, project management, basic P&L understanding, MS Office; SalesForce is a plus
  • Traits:

    Travel readiness, adaptability, self-driven, detail-oriented
