National Sales Manager

• Drive national sales operations, promotions, collections, and trade execution to hit revenue targets.
• Develop and implement gotomarket strategies and distribution expansion plans that build nationwide coverage.
• Build and nurture longterm relationships with national accounts, wholesalers, and retail chains to ensure repeat business.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs, incentives, training and field plans to energize performance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and territory alignment; manage trade promotions, merchandising, and field execution.
• Leverage internal tools and reporting systems to track sales performance, customer feedback, and coverage metrics.
  Craft compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations with customers and company leadership.
• Resolve escalations and client queries promptly within committed timelines.
• Identify distribution gaps, new markets or channels (modern trade, ecommerce, foodservice) to accelerate growth.
  

Required Profile

• Experience

• Educational Qualification

  : Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
