Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: GT House Experience Required: 4-5 years Salary: 12-14 LPA Reporting To: Marketing Head Role & responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn. Set up full-funnel performance marketing campaignscold prospecting, retargeting, and conversion. Develop and present campaign strategies, targeting logic, budgets, and projected outcomes. Performance Analysis & Optimization Monitor campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rates, etc. Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for performance tracking and reporting. Creative Coordination & Briefing Create advertising decks and campaign briefs with clear objectives and messaging. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives are on-brand and conversion-focused. Maintain a content calendar for campaign assets. Audience Building & Funnel Optimization Build and manage audience lists, lookalike segments, and custom retargeting. Recommend landing page optimizations for better conversions. Create data-backed insights to improve audience targeting and campaign effectiveness. Reporting & Insights Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Present performance dashboards to internal teams and suggest scaling strategies. Recommend budget reallocations based on channel performance. Preferred candidate profile 4-5 years of experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Strong understanding of campaign structuring, media buying, conversion tracking, and analytics. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tagging. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create campaign decks using PowerPoint or Canva. Experience working with creative teams to generate high-performance assets. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (Bonus) Skills Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or high-ticket product campaigns. Familiarity with lead nurturing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or WhatsApp automation. Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page CRO principles.
