About The Role

The Sales Head will lead our sales team to achieve business targets, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with distributors. This role requires a strong sales leader with experience in fintech, lending, or distribution finance, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business targets, and continuously monitor and optimize sales performance.

2. Distributor acquisition: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of distributors, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our financing solutions.

3. Sales team management: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

4. Business development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.

5. Relationship building: Build strong relationships with distributors, understand their needs, and address concerns.

6. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or distribution finance.

2. Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the fintech and lending industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.

3. Sales expertise: Proven track record of driving sales growth, and experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.

4. Leadership skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.

5. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and stakeholders.

6. Start-up DNA, with a self-motivated and highly entrepreneurial approach to work

7. Ability to strategize and plan

8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Leadership: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Fintech Sales: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Distribution Finance Sales: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Business development: 8 years (Preferred)

Location:
