Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor's degree Graduate + ECC.Ed / D.Ed / B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with specialisation in English Minimum 3 years school experience teaching grades 1 to 3 Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines. Foster language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Create a positive and conducive learning environment for young learners. Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and student engagement. Evaluate and track student progress through assessments, assignments, and feedback. Identify learning gaps and provide additional support to students as needed. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic learning approach. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
