Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Admissions Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic admission plans, leading the admissions team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective students and parents. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduate Preferred: Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent) Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Sales Background: Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector. Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong ability to deliver information clearly, persuasively, and effectively Team leadership and stakeholder management Strategic thinking and target-driven approach Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual admission strategies and targets Lead and mentor the admissions team Represent the school at external events, fairs, and school tours Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and lead generation Ensure a seamless and professional admissions process Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in school admissions and a demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively.
