National Sales Head

MITCHELL USA is a well-established multinational brand in skin and hair care with our India HQ in Mumbai. We offer unique ingredient and regimen-based lines and are one of the few debts free non-funded brands that also has its own manufacturing facilities globally including India. We also have presence in good GT BA counters as well as few Salons pan India. 

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of potential GT counters and Salons pan India
• Work out favorable selling terms as per company policies and incentive structures
• Monitor the regional sales teams and their performance
• Able to open new markets where we do not exist
• Coordinate with our Super Stockists pan India
• Maintain optimum stock levels and strictly monitor FIFO

Qualifications

• Ideally a graduate with a stable career cycle of at least 5 years

• Must be MUMBAI settled as our HQ is in Mumbai

• You must be medically fit and agile to travel pan India
