Job Description

Multiple Openings Domestic & International BPO (Voice, Chat & Blended Process)


Location: Salt Lake & New Town, Kolkata



Open Positions:


1. Domestic Voice Process

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service
  • Salary: 3.10 LPA + benefits
  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days working

2. International Blended Process

  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • SALARY - Freshers: 23,000 in-hand + benefits
  • Experienced: Up to 28,000 in-hand + benefits
  • Shift: Rotational
  • Work Schedule: 5 days working

3. International Chat Process

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service
  • Salary: Up to 20,000 in-hand + benefits
  • Work Schedule: 5 days working

4. International Voice Process

  • Experience: upto1 year
  • Salary: Up to 6 LPA (30% hike on last CTC)
  • Work Schedule: 5 days working


Eligibility for All Roles:


  • Graduate / Undergraduate

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (for international roles)
