Location: PAN India

Experience: 1 – 7 Years

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA (depending on experience)

Weekly Off: Rotational

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven professionals for Admissions & Student Support roles across India. The role involves counseling students, converting leads into enrollments, supporting parents, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Admission Officer (Male preferred): Focus on lead generation, ATL/BTL marketing, school visits, and business development.

Student Support & Admission Officer (Female only): Focus on student counseling, fee collection, onboarding, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Generate student admissions through counseling, ATL/BTL activities, and outreach.

Visit schools, interact with principals, coordinators & influencers for lead generation.

Counsel students and parents at home visits / branch walk-ins to close admissions.

Ensure timely fee collection and resolve parent queries.

Support students with documentation, enrollment, and onboarding.

Deliver superior customer experience and build strong relationships.

Adhere to company policies, compliance, and reporting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) – Preferred: BTech / MBA / Master’s in Psychology/Education.

Minimum 1 year experience in student counseling / admissions / B2C sales.

Strong persuasion, presentation & communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & email communication.

Fluency in English + regional language.

Willingness to travel extensively (for Admission Officer role).
