Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition - Process Administration The Management Trainee will support the Talent Supply team and is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring world-class leaders for high-impact roles in our business. The Talent Supply team is focused inline of Business aligned sourcing and drives repeatable process execution and continuous improvement while also serving as strategic talent partners to candidates, hiring managers, and business and HR leadership. Job Responsibilities : Single point of contact for candidates in process Partner with Senior Recruiter on ideal candidate profiles Complete candidate phone screens and notes for HM review Coordinate interviews Support offer process Build and maintain an understanding of business function priorities, structure and roles, critical skills, and optimal candidate profiles. Support 1-2 strategic talent acquisition initiatives Qualifications we seek in you!
