Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet business requirements.
  • Extend Dynamics CRM functionalities through custom plugins, web resources, and client-side scripting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
  • Utilize SQL Server for custom reporting, data migration, and database management.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure Services, Power Automate, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure best practices in web development, including HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and training to end-users as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and performance tuning activities.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and .NET ecosystem advancements.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM: Customization, configuration, plugin development, workflows, and PowerApps integration
  • ASP.NET / C#: Backend development and CRM extensions
  • Power Platform: Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI (basic understanding)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript: Client-side scripting, form customization, and UI enhancements
  • SQL Server: Queries, stored procedures, reporting, and data management
  • Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • .NET Core / .NET Framework for integration and backend services
  • Azure Services: Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus
  • DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Reporting Tools: SSRS, Power BI
  • Integration Technologies: REST APIs, SOAP Services, and Data Connectors
  • Agile / SCRUM methodology experience

Education:

  • Equivalent work experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development will also be considered.
