Job Summary:

MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and entities.
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, plugins, and external connectors.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
• Participate in system architecture, design discussions, and solution planning.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of code and processes.
• Work closely with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure CRM platform performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain and support existing CRM solutions and apply updates or patches as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
• Strong knowledge of customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and CRM SDK.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with integration technologies like REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Data Export Service.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, business process flows, and reporting tools.
• Experience with SQL Server and FetchXML.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
