Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and entities. Maintain and support existing CRM solutions and apply updates or patches as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement). Strong knowledge of customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and CRM SDK. Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Experience with integration technologies like REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Data Export Service. Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, business process flows, and reporting tools.
