The member joining this position will work at an experienced Associate and be part of a team of Baroda Core. As an MRO Sales Engineer, you will adopt a proactive approach to cultivate business growth. This entails comprehensive coverage of all customers within your designated grid, ensuring regular inspections and health assessments of steam systems and instrumentation products throughout the year. This role requires diligent examination of installed assets, segment-wise uptime analysis, identification of operational issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and proposing tailored solutions to enhance uptime while transitioning non-operational assets into functional status.
The role of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Sales Engineer is to drive business growth by enhancing the operational performance of steam systems and instrumentation products across a designated customer grid. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, asset performance analysis, and solution-driven approaches to maximize uptime and ensure customer satisfaction.
