Were Hiring | Mortgage Sales Team (Retail Lending Division)

Positions:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and achieve assigned business targets for mortgage products.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners (DSAs / Builders).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
Ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
Adhere to all audit and compliance guidelines of the bank.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate with 3–10years of experience in Mortgage or Home Loan Sales.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
