Job Description

Senior Mobile Developer

Location:

Role Overview

Flutter

Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain core mobile modules using
Flutter
within a modular, multi-journey framework.
Integrate APIs and backend services for trading, mutual funds, research, and financial transactions.
Collaborate with the
Mobile Architect
and
DevOps
teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
Ensure responsive design, smooth performance, and low-latency user interactions across iOS and Android platforms.
Work with
UX/UI Designers
to bring wireframes and prototypes to life with precision and accessibility.
Implement analytics, push notifications, in-app chat, and personalization components.
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, optimize rendering, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Contribute to technical documentation, reusable component libraries, and design system integration.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:
Flutter, REST/GraphQL APIs, modular mobile development.
Preferred:
Kotlin/Swift, Firebase, GetX/Bloc/Provider state management, Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and Firebase Analytics.
Experience integrating
OAuth2/JWT authentication
,
push notifications
,
deep links
, and
secure local storage
.
Familiarity with app release processes (Play Store, App Store) and deployment automation.

Experience

6–10 years
of total software development experience, with
3–5 years
in Flutter-based mobile app development.
Strong portfolio of live apps demonstrating modular architecture and design quality.
Experience working in
fintech, trading, or high-transaction
environments preferred.

Junior Mobile Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop UI components, screens, and micro-modules in
Flutter
following established design and coding standards.
Assist in integrating backend APIs, authentication services, and third-party SDKs.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization activities.
Work closely with the
Senior Mobile Developer
and
UX Designer
to ensure smooth, user-friendly experiences.
Contribute to reusable components, style guides, and modular app design practices.
Support release activities, QA testing, and issue resolution across Android and iOS environments.
Stay up to date with Flutter best practices, libraries, and version upgrades.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:
Flutter, REST APIs, Git.
Good to Have:

Understanding of
