Job Title: MIS Executive (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL) Location: [Pune] Experience: 3–8 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive who is proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI , and has working knowledge of SQL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, running SQL queries, and creating insightful dashboards to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel . Run and write SQL queries to extract data from various databases. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business reporting. Automate and optimize reporting processes to reduce manual work. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver custom reports. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports. Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to management and stakeholders. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Experience with Power BI for dashboard and report creation. Hands-on experience in writing and executing SQL queries . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, etc., is a plus. Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle.
