MIS & Merchandising Executive

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising

• Track and analyze product performance across categories, styles, and stores.
• Support the planning and replenishment process based on sales velocity, inventory aging, and sell-through reports.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, and retail teams to ensure product availability and timely launches.
• Assist in pricing updates, SKU creation, and master data management on ERP systems.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and recommend actions for markdowns or reorders.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and performance dashboards.
• Generate and analyze store-wise, product-wise, and category-wise reports.
• Track KPIs like sell-through, stock cover, and average bill value (ABV).
• Prepare reports for management reviews and business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems (ERP, POS, Excel trackers).

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with warehouse, retail, and marketing teams for product availability and visual planning.
• Support merchandising calendar execution and ensure smooth alignment between e-commerce and offline retail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Merchandising, or Planning roles — preferably in retail, fashion, or D2C.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail metrics and ERP systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
