Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive

We are a high-volume BPO with deep focus on performance, efficiency, and conversion. Our data operations are the backbone of decision-making. We’re looking for a hands-on MIS Executive who thrives on Excel, understands Ameyo (Drishti) dialer reports, and can convert massive call data into actionable dashboards for leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Sales, QA, and Call Operations teams using Excel.
  • Download, clean, and process large volumes of raw data from the Ameyo dialer and internal CRM.
  • Track and publish real-time dashboards for team performance, agent-wise calling efficiency, login hours, connect %, AHT, lead conversion, etc.
  • Coordinate with Ops/Tech team to understand new reporting needs or changes in campaign structures.
  • Maintain accurate MIS logs with historical trend tracking for business analysis and improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy of lead, call disposition, and sales closure reports from CRM.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expert in Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, IF formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
  • Hands-on with Ameyo (Drishti) dialer – agent logs, call reports, campaign analytics, etc.
  • Ability to extract and clean large datasets from in-house systems.
  • Experience in BPO call-center reporting (sales, calling productivity, TATs).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with tight timelines and quick report turnarounds.
  • Experience in basic VBA/macros for repetitive task automation.
  • Familiarity with .NET-based CRM data structures (even if read-only).
  • Knowledge of manual forecasting or basic performance modeling using Excel.
