Experience: 1–3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain data systems, generate reports, and provide insights that support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, a good grasp of database management, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities. Coordinate with departments to gather data and ensure data accuracy. Automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, or Power Query. Maintain data integrity in internal systems and perform regular audits. Prepare management reports as required (sales, operations, finance, etc.). Assist in developing and improving internal processes through data analysis. Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely solutions. Key Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros) Basic knowledge of SQL and/or any ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle – optional but preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Certification in Data Analytics or Advanced Excel (optional but beneficial) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location: In person
