Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that help improve organizational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update company databases and dashboards.
• Develop Excel models, pivot tables, charts, and other reporting tools.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify data trends, variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with departments to gather information and ensure data consistency.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data.
• Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting roles.
• Knowledge of SQL or database management (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
