Role Overview: The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling the entire dispatch process — from order receipt to final delivery. This includes creating systems, training staff, coordinating with sales and production teams, and ensuring timely, error-free deliveries. Key Responsibilities: System Setup: Design and implement a complete dispatch management system from scratch, including SOPs, workflows, documentation, and tracking. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise dispatch staff, packers, and delivery partners.
