We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager who can build and streamline our dispatch operations from the ground up.

Role Overview:
The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling the entire dispatch process — from order receipt to final delivery. This includes creating systems, training staff, coordinating with sales and production teams, and ensuring timely, error-free deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Setup: Design and implement a complete dispatch management system from scratch, including SOPs, workflows, documentation, and tracking.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise dispatch staff, packers, and delivery partners.
• Order Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of all orders across counter sales, B2B, corporate gifting, and e-commerce channels.
• Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with in-house delivery teams and third-party logistics partners.
• Quality Control: Monitor packing standards, product handling, and hygiene compliance.
• Inventory & Tracking: Maintain records of dispatched goods, returns, and stock movement.
• Technology Integration: Implement tools for order tracking, route optimization, and customer notifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up a dispatch or logistics system from scratch, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using dispatch/ERP software and basic MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
