Position: Salesman / Counter Staff

Manohar Bikkaneri is a trusted name in premium Indian mithai and gourmet hampers, known for quality, innovation, and presentation. We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly team members to manage our shop counter and ensure a great experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
• Understand customer needs and suggest products accordingly.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the counter and store.
• Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions.
• Pack sweets, hampers, and gift orders neatly and attractively.
• Keep track of inventory and report stock requirements.
• Maintain hygiene and follow company service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality (preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
• Polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Basic math skills for billing.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
