Key Responsibilities (KRA): · Manage B2C platforms – JioMart, Snapdeal, Myntra & Meesho (must) . · Handle quick commerce platforms - Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart & others . · Knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart (added advantage). · Daily order & operations management: tracking, returns, cancellations, and timely dispatch. · Monitor catalogue hygiene, pricing corrections, inventory updates across platforms. · Work with warehouse/logistics team to ensure smooth & timely order fulfilment. · Generate weekly & monthly sales reports & performance insights. · Competitor tracking & market research to identify opportunities. · Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, campaigns & product visibility. Required Skills: · Strong working knowledge of JioMart & Snapdeal (must) . · Experience in quick commerce operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) . · Knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart listings & ads (preferred) . · Strong analytical & problem-solving ability. · Excellent Excel/Google Sheets & reporting skills .
