Job Overview

The Transport Coordinator will oversee the process for transport purchase services. This role involves implementing automated systems for Transport Purchase, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transport solutions. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the technology team and ATRM / TRM, Manager for system upgrades and enhancements but not directly interact with transporters.

Job Duties

• Enter New Transporter onboarded into the System with his KYC Documents.
• Assign and reassign the transporters to ATRM/TRM after manager’s approval through the system.
• Manage all the reports related to Transport and any updates in the system to be documented.
• Develop and implement automated systems for transport purchase management.
• Monitor and update sheets to track transporter quotes and allocations.
• Coordinate with the technology team for system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure all Transport purchase orders are processed through the automated system.
• Efficiently manage all the transport related reports for queries.
• Accurate and timely updates to transport quote sheets.
• Effective collaboration with the technology team for system enhancements.
• Coordinate with the Development team in case of qu eries.
• Daily monitoring of reports and highlighting the red flags to the manager which needs to be discussed with the team.
• Conducting Daily/weekly team meetings- and preparing proper prints of the reports to present in the meetings

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly G-Suite.
• Experience with automated systems and software development processes is advantageous.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar logistics or transport industry.

Pay: ₹10,638.65 - ₹33,919.92 per month
