Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive (Export) at Trafo Power & Electricals Pvt. Ltd., located in Agra. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily telecommunication with potential clients, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service and support. The role also includes nurturing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and reporting sales activities to management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Proficient in Customer Support
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Previous experience in the electrical or power sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
