Job Description

MIS Executive

Candidates from Local Areas are strictly preferred


MIS & Data Management:


  • Manage and verify data related to training programs on internal reporting formats as per organizational guidelines.


  • Develop, prepare, and maintain comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports.


  • Develop automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.


  • Coordinate with centre teams, Centre managers, and Operations Head to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of trainees' data.


  • Monitor databases and update regularly, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.


  • Share timely, analytical reports with Operations heads and center-level stakeholders to support operational oversight and strategy.


  • Actively collaborate with corporate and state-level Centre teams to support data-related actions and support.


Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):


  • Conduct monitoring visits to skilling centers (as required) to assess training quality and confirm adherence to program standards.


  • Support the Corporate team to implement effective monitoring frameworks and maintain dashboards/databases.


  • Generate timely reports and insights for Operations teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making and course corrections.


Finance Department Support (if applicable):

  • Provide necessary documentation support for financial compliance and auditing processes.


Key Competencies:


Experience: Minimum 1 year of MIS experience (Required).


Analytical Power: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.


Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with other MIS software tools.


Communication: Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.


Work Ethic: Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Competencies


Experience working with large-scale livelihood or skill training programs.


Fluency in Malayalam, English and Hindi.


Other Details


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Willingness to Travel: 50% travel required across Skilling Centres in and around Kerala, if required.


Work Location:


Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
