MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting business performance data across sales, service, spare parts, and customer operations. The role focuses on developing interactive BI dashboards to provide management with real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling informed decision-making and improved operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Customer Relations, and Finance departments.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports such as:
• Vehicle Sales Performance (retail, wholesale, targets vs achievement)
• Workshop Productivity and Efficiency
• Spare Parts Sales & Inventory
• Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI / SSI)
• Enquiry Conversion Ratio & Lead Analysis
• Vehicle Delivery and Pending PDI Reports
• Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy across systems (e.g., DMS, ERP, CRM).
• Monitor and highlight business trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to understand reporting needs and provide customized dashboards.
• Maintain a structured data repository and ensure timely sharing of insights to management.
• Generate visual analytics to support management review meetings and OEM audits.
• Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company reporting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Dashboards).
• Hands-on experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Good understanding of Automobile Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Autoline, Tally, or Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction from ERP / CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Effective communication and coordination with sales, service, and finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive / Data Analyst in an Automobile Dealership or OEM environment.
• Experience in data visualization, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
