Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing with a data-driven approach to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) to drive conversions and lead generation. Conduct in-depth keyword research , audience targeting, and campaign optimization for maximum ROI. Execute and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance. Plan, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. Track, analyze, and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console . Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to enhance user experience (UX) and campaign effectiveness. Manage company’s social media advertising and organic growth strategies. Monitor competitors’ digital activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance and marketing ROI. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and performance advertising . Proven expertise in Google Ads , Meta Ads , and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz). Strong understanding of Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and Data Studio for reporting. Proficiency in campaign analysis, budget management, and lead funnel optimization . Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, or Adobe tools is an added advantage. Preferred Attributes: Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
