Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain management information systems, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, experience with databases, and a proactive approach to data accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting
Automate reporting processes using Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools
Coordinate with teams to gather and validate operational data
Present insights and trends to support business decisions
Assist in documentation, audits, and compliance reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
