Roles and Responsibilities: Plans, organizes, and delivers the prescribed English and soft skills content as per curriculum Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining knowledge and soft-skills needed to secure employment Organizing extra-curricular activities for students overall development. Conduct timely student assessment and social profiling. Minimize student dropouts and timely address all student grievances. Motive and counsel students as per need. An ideal candidate should have : Passion for teaching. Drive to make a difference in the lives of trainees. The ability to work well in a team. Qualification: Graduate.
