Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and enhance our internal reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Advanced Excel and data tools, and capable of producing actionable reports to support operational and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Analyze data trends and prepare dashboards for management review Create and manage Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions Coordinate with various teams to gather and validate data Present data insights through Google Sheets and PowerPoint Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems Support management in decision-making through timely and relevant reports Candidate Requirements: Gender: Male Experience: Minimum 1 year in an MIS or data-focused role Languages: Must be able to communicate in the local language (English ,Hindi and Kannada) Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including logical and nested functions, Pivot Tables, arrays) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail) Typing proficiency preferred – candidates with a Typewriting Lower & Higher Grade in English will have an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Background in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is a plus Availability: Immediate joiners preferred How to Apply: Send your updated resume to hr@celestile.com or WhatsApp us at 8008003232 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
