Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily operational and administrative activities to ensure seamless workflow. Maintain effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders. Perform consistent follow-ups on assigned tasks, meetings, and deliverables. Identify and escalate process delays or issues for prompt resolution. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for process tracking. Assist management with planning, scheduling, and execution of routine and strategic activities. Support onboarding and coordination for new employees or client engagements. Communicate fluently in English, Kannada, and Hindi to facilitate smooth interactions. Take initiative in identifying and solving operational challenges. Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and task ownership.
