The MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing regular MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with different departments to collect and consolidate information.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reporting.
Design and improve MIS formats and reporting structures as required.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances.
Maintain databases, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
Support management with data analysis and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Working Days:
Thursday to Monday
Weekly Off:
Tuesday and Wednesday

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting roles.
Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.
