The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability.
Support various departments with data-driven insights for operational efficiency.
Automate report generation and improve reporting processes.
Coordinate with IT teams for database management and system-related issues.
Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Knowledge of databases (SQL, MS Access, or similar).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. – optional).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Analytics.
Experience in automation and data visualization tools preferred.

Key Deliverables:

Timely submission of all MIS reports.
Accuracy and completeness of data shared with stakeholders.
Improved reporting efficiency and automation.
Actionable insights to support management decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
