MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability.
• Support various departments with data-driven insights for operational efficiency.
• Automate report generation and improve reporting processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams for database management and system-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, MS Access, or similar).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. – optional).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Analytics.
• Experience in automation and data visualization tools preferred.

• Timely submission of all MIS reports.
• Accuracy and completeness of data shared with stakeholders.
• Improved reporting efficiency and automation.
• Actionable insights to support management decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
