Job Summary

We are seeking an MIS Specialist with a deep background in the manufacturing industry. You will bridge the gap between the shop floor and management by tracking production KPIs, inventory turnover, and labor efficiency. You must be a "power user" of Google Sheets and Excel, capable of turning complex manufacturing logs into actionable insights.

We are not looking for someone to just fill out spreadsheets. We need a systems-builder. Your goal is to move our company from manual/fragmented processes to a structured, automated, and scalable system. You will be responsible for creating the frameworks that our entire team will use to input, track, and analyze work.

Core Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Design end-to-end workflows for production, quality control, and supply chain using Google Workspace and Excel.
• Process Engineering: Analyze current shop-floor workflows and "digitize" them to ensure no information is lost between shifts or departments.
• Tool Development: Build custom "mini-apps" or trackers within Google Sheets/Excel that include data validation to prevent human error at the source.
• Standardization: Create the "Single Source of Truth." Ensure all departments (Procurement, Production, Sales) are using linked systems that talk to each other.
• Training & Enforcement: Train staff on how to use your systems and create audit logs to ensure the systems are being followed correctly.
• Production Tracking: Maintain real-time reports on daily production output vs. targets (Yield Analysis).
• Inventory & OEE: Track Raw Material (RM) consumption, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Costing Analysis: Assist in calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and identifying areas of "wastage" or "leakage" in the production line.
• Supply Chain Reporting: Monitor vendor performance, lead times, and procurement schedules.
• Workforce Productivity: Report on labor hours, overtime costs, and output per man-hour.

Technical Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

• Advanced Excel: Must be able to handle large datasets (100k+ rows) using Power Query to merge data from different machines or shifts.
• Google Sheets: Expertise in IMPORTRANGE and QUERY functions to pull data from various department sheets into one Master Management Dashboard.
• ERP Integration: Experience exporting and "cleaning" data from ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Automation: Ability to use Macros/VBA or Apps Script to automate the daily shift-end reports.

Advanced Technical Skills Required

• System Logic: Deep understanding of relational data. You must know how to link a Bill of Materials (BOM) to Inventory, and Inventory to Sales Orders without breaking the chain.
• Advanced Google Sheets: Expertise in ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, and specifically Google Apps Script to create automation (e.g., auto-sending an email when stock is low).
• Excel Power User: Mastery of Power Query (M Code) for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes—turning messy raw data from the factory floor into structured system data.
• UI/UX for Workers: Ability to design "Data Entry Forms" that are so simple a worker on the factory floor cannot mess them up.

Manufacturing Experience Requirements

• Must understand Production Workflows (Input -> Process -> Output).
• Experience in Inventory Logic (FIFO/LIFO) and BOM Management and inventory aging.
• Proven track record of taking a manual process (like paper logs) and turning it into a digital system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
