MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive Department : BEG Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi Experience: 2-3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data, generating reports, and supporting business decisions through actionable insights. This role requires strong technical skills in Excel, Power Query, and Macros, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based dashboards and reports. 2. Use Power Query and Macros to automate data processing and reporting tasks. 3. Generate and analyze ad-hoc reports as requested by various departments. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations based on data analysis. 6. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. 8. Work with the cross function teams for supporting project teams tools like ZOHO CRM, JIRA or Any BI tool 9. Knowledge of repository tool like MS SharePoint, One drive. Required Skills: 1. Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros/VBA). 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. 4. Ability to create and deliver presentations based on data insights. 5. Knowledge of tools like Zoho CRM and JIRA will be beneficial Qualifications: 1. Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field. 2. 2-3 years of experience in an MIS role. 3. Certification in Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
