Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MIS Executive to manage our data reporting and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MS Excel and the ability to handle and analyse data with accuracy, supporting key business decisions and daily operations. Key Responsibilities · Prepare, update, and circulate daily MIS reports and dashboards for the management team. · Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems as per defined standards. · Verify, validate, and audit data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. · Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions proactively. · Maintain and update all relevant files, databases, and structured records. · Support internal audits and ensure data integrity across all reports. · Archive reports, data files, and documentation in a systematic and organized manner for future reference. Required Skills · Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards, etc.). · High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
