Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners (installers, EPC contractors, solar consultants, influencers). Drive revenue through partner network and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, design, Operations) to support Partner-led opportunities. track partner performance, resolve issues promptly, and ensure partner satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities and competitive insights. Maintain accurate records of partner activities in CRM. 2-5 years of Experience in channel/partner sales (Solar Industry preferred). Strong Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of solar rooftop products, EPC processes, and sales cycles is a plus. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple partners. Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
