Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales development and digital marketing within a challenging, yet rewarding, corporate environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and contribute to tangible business results. Marketing Support Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and target customer segments. Content Assistance: Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts, blog outlines, and email newsletter content. Campaign Support: Help execute and track digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, paid ads) and provide preliminary performance reports. Asset Organization: Organize and manage marketing materials, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and compliant with brand guidelines. Sales Development Lead Generation: Research and qualify new sales leads through online sources, industry databases, and professional networks. Update and maintain accurate lead and client data. Outreach Assistance: Prepare initial outreach materials (email templates, scripts) and occasionally support follow-up communications. Reporting: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and weekly/monthly performance reports. Qualifications Required Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Preferred (Bonus Points) Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media advertising). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). What We Offer Incentive Based.
